This is my first foray into the world of blogging. Although I am no doubt a digital immigrant, as described by Prensky, I am not "afraid" of new technologies. The biggest obstacle in my digital education is a lack of time.
Being "forced" to investigate and become familiar with new technologies through this course is probably a huge plus. I am really looking forward to having a legitimate excuse to explore lots of new tools and websites.
I can definitely see the benefit of using blogs to hone in on particular topics however having never been a "diary" person I can see that I am going to need to be very strict with myself in order to ensure I keep up to date with postings etc.
